Location: National Museum of Flight, East Lothian
Opportunity: Engaging with Experience is an exciting project which is part of our activity plan in the Learning & Programmes department at the National Museum of Flight, and is supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund. We are looking for experienced aircraft engineers to work on a restoration project with young people. The engineers have the chance to share their skills and experience with the young people, helping them to gain hand tool skills, confidence and experience of working with people of all ages.
When required: The project runs on Fridays during school term times usually from 09:30-15:30, though the time is negotiable.
