What's in your bag?

What's In Your Bag?

A new exhibition – The Jet Age  – opened at our Museum of Flight this Easter, which looks at the age of commercial passenger travel. So, with the holiday season on our doorstep, we thought we would ask the question ‘What's In Your Bag?’.

You can find out more about The Jet Age here.

How to get involved

Whether it's your handbag, the bag you take to work every day, or the carry-on luggage from your latest holiday, visit our Flickr group to contribute a photograph of your bag and what's inside, and for further details of the submission guidelines.

Further activities

If you want to follow up the travel-theme on your visit to one of our museum sites there is a useful guide to some relevant displays, or you can take part in a range of interesting discussions including what you always carry in your bag and your most memorable travel stories.
