RAF Aerobatic team the Red Arrows will make a high-octane return to Scotland's National Airshow, topping the bill on the event’s 20th anniversary line-up Tickets are now on sale and are available at special early bird prices until 7 July.

Joining the The Red Arrows are the RAF’s Tutor Display team and Spitfire, Hurricane and Lancaster aircraft from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, which marks its 60th anniversary this year.

Other dazzling displays include the dynamic aerobatics of the Pitts Special Muscle biplane and a display by a B17 Flying Fortress bomber. Additional high-flying action will be provided by a Bronco light-attack and reconnaissance aircraft, a pair of Jet Provost trainer aircraft, an Autogyro, a Pembroke light transport aircraft and a Piper L3 Cub light observation aircraft.

There will be a feast of entertainment on the ground too, together with the chance to explore all of the National Museum of Flight’s attractions including its recently redeveloped historic aircraft hangarsConcorde Experience, Fantastic Flight and Fortunes of War, which gives visitors a fascinating insight into the East Fortune’s history as a wartime airbase.

Where to watch

The best and safest place to view Scotland's National Airshow is within the grounds of the National Museum of Flight. Parking on public roads within the vicinity of the Museum is prohibited on the day.
