A Passion for Glass

This exhibition displayed the work of over 100 glassmakers, from the Dan Klein and Alan J Poole private collection.

Thisw dazzling collection of modern glass was recently gifted to National Museums Scotland by Alan J Poole and Dan Klein.

Dan and Alan began collecting in the late 1970s and over the subsequent thirty years assembled one of the most comprehensive collections of modern British and Irish glass. This exquisite collection includes work by over one hundred makers at the very cutting edge of their art.
