Stories of the World: Sounds Global

MC, Soom T

MC, Soom T: It has to be brutally honest, that is what makes it most human.

At school, MC, Soom T was a loner, spending breaks with her headphones. Listening to music helped her to escape.

Soom T now reaches young people through her music. Based in Glasgow, she tours throughout Europe, working with artists including The Bug and Senser. She also runs her own activist record label, Renegade Masters.
