Museum Kitchen

Museum Kitchen on Level 0.

The Museum Kitchen’s exciting menu focuses on sustainability using carefully chosen Scottish producers. Open daily from 10:00– 17:00 (last orders 16:45), it’s the perfect place to enjoy a quick bite or full meal away from the hubbub of the museum.

The menu includes a range of stone-baked pizzas made-to-order on site, using flour and cheese from East Lothian. Also on offer are substantial seasonal salads, sourdough ciabatta sandwiches and Scottish main dishes with a twist, alongside popular options for kids. Of course, we’re continuing to serve the carbon-neutral coffee and delicious cakes that our museum visitors know and love.
