The life and times of Admiral Cochrane

Seaman, nobleman, warrior, engineer, radical, convict, hero: Thomas, Lord Cochrane was all of these things and more. His impact was felt across the world, and his life inspired some of the great stories of adventure fiction. Follow the highs and lows of his globe-spanning career here.
