How should I prepare my group/class for this workshop?

This session can take 25 children, plus adults. Everyone taking part, including adults, will need to take off their shoes. If your group is larger than 25, please get in touch with us to discuss on schools@nms.ac.uk.

You can also attend our Get Energised CPD sessions.

What will my pupils do in the workshop?

This session encourages children to think about the weather and how we use it, the wind in particular. It takes place on our Science Carpet and through a mixture of songs, stories and activities, pupils will find out how we get electricity from the wind.

Travel subsidy

Thanks to support by the ScottishPower Foundation, we can pay for your travel costs to attend this workshop. Once you have booked, a member of staff will be in touch to arrange this.
