Join Tara from T-Yoga at the National Museum of Scotland for activities with your child and your whole family! Tara has cleverly taken well known kids stories and uniquely adapted them to suit the Dinosaur theme.
Look forward to the classic The T-Rex went to Tea, the hugely popular We are going on a Dinosaur Hunt and finally meet The very hungry Stegosaurus. Through the use of songs, yoga poses, storytelling and games, T-Yoga will take you on a pre-historic yoga adventure.
Kids will be given the space and freedom to explore movement in their bodies, learn interesting facts about animals and connect and learn in the museum space.
These sessions are a great way to nourish your child's creativity and increase their self confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.
These family friendly workshops are suitable for over 5's. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
