Bring your little ones for a fun session on the Magic Carpet exploring maths in motion. Discover shapes, numbers, time and more through songs, action rhymes, objects and sensory play.
Suitable for children ages 2–4 and their adult helper.

Find Out Fridays: Maths in Motion Special

Stop by the Grand Gallery and get hands on with some maths-themed objects and demos. There are no wrong answers here – make it a great addition to your Friday afternoon.

Visiting with prams
If you are visiting with a pram or buggy we advise you to use the Tower Entrance at the corner of Chambers Street and George IV Bridge. Lifts are available to all floors and accessible toilets and changing spaces are available on most floors, as well as a Changing Places (U) toilet in the Entrance Hall on Level 0. There is no buggy park in the museum so please keep your pram or buggy with you at all times.
