Bring your wee ones to celebrate St Andrew’s Day with music and stories.
Join musicians Roo and Neil for live music and storytelling. Through fiddle, accordion, and voice, Roo and Neil will lead an interactive and fun performance, specially designed to introduce traditional Scottish tunes, stories and songs to young children and their families.
Free, booking required. Limited places. Suitable for under 5s. Children must be accompanied by an adult (max 2 children per adult). All attendees must book a ticket.

Visitor information
The session takes place in the Kingdom of the Scots gallery on Level 1. If you are visiting with a pram or buggy we advise you use the Tower Entrance at the corner of Chambers Street and George IV Bridge. There is a buggy park at the back of the Kingdom of the Scots gallery. Lifts are available to all floors and accessible toilets and changing spaces are available on most floors, as well as a Changing Places (U) toilet in the Entrance Hall on Level 0.

We want everyone who comes to our museums to enjoy their time with us and make the most of their visit.
- There is level access to the Museum via the main doors to the Entrance Hall on Chambers Street and the Tower entrance at the corner of Chambers Street and George IV Bridge.
- Lifts are available to all floors and accessible toilets are available on Levels 0 and 3, as well as a Changing Places (U) toilet in the Entrance Hall on Level 0.
- Wheelchairs are available for loan at no charge. Please note wheelchairs cannot be booked in advance. On arrival, ask about availability at the Information Desk. Small mobility scooters are permitted inside the museum.
- There is an induction loop in the Auditorium.
- Guide dogs, hearing dogs and other recognised assistance dogs are admitted.
