Description

Dish of Kraak porcelain, decorated in underglaze blue with two scholars in a landscape in circular central medallion surrounded by a flower-scroll border, and sixteen radial panels, and with four ogival plant panels on the underside interspersed with four small panels featuring the Three Friends of Winter (Suihan sanyou): China, late Ming dynasty, 1620 - 1644 AD
