Asaphu

Description

Basket of canework used by warriors to carry bamboo spikes or panjis, worn on the hip when not accompanied by the ceremonial tail (when it is worn at the small of the back), conical, with a cane loop above and ornamented with a horizontal band of trimmed red dyed goat hair overlapping a fringe of black human hair: India, Assam, Sumi Naga
