Description

Cover or lid for squat elliptic shaped bowl in stonepaste fritware, topped by gilt, copper alloy finial with blue, red and green rossette at its base, with further decoration of blue lily and a red-orange hyazinth and serrated saz leaves: Turkey, Iznik, Ottoman, 10th century AH / late 16th century AD
