Length of furnishing fabric entitled 'Painted Desert', designed by Althea McNish and manufactured by Hull Traders. Woven cotton satin screen printed with a repeating design of linear cactus motifs in vibrant shades of orange and yellow, outlined in black on a pink ground. British, 1959.
