Oval-shaped pendant set with a cabochon purple glass inset (many bubbles are clearly visible confirming it is glass rather than garnet), held in place with gold-dog-toothed setting and surrounded by a single beaded-wire filigree collar, with thin sheet gold suspension loop and plain gold backing
