Renew your Membership

You can either choose to renew your Membership by Direct Debit for further discounts and to avoid the hassle of remembering to renew each year, or you can make a single payment for another year's subscription.

Simply change the way you pay to Direct Debit to enjoy the best value on your Membership

Please note, if you already pay by Direct Debit we will renew your Membership automatically at the start of the expiry month and advance notice of the next collection at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited. You can cancel future Direct Debit payments at any time.

Renew by phone

To renew your Membership by phone with a credit/debit card or by Direct Debit, please call us between 09:30-16:30 Mon-Fri on 0131 247 4294.

Renew in person

You can also renew your Membership in person at any of our museums. Just ask at the information or ticket desk.

Renew by post

To renew your Membership by post and pay by Direct Debit or cheque, simply complete the renewal form we send to you, and return it to:

Remember to return your form before your Membership expires to ensure uninterrupted Member benefits.

If you need another renewal form, you can download a copy to print at home. Just add your name, address and Membership number before posting back to us.
