National Fund for Acquisitions

The National Fund for Acquisitions (NFA) helps museums, galleries, libraries and archives throughout Scotland to make acquisitions for their collections.

Within our collections departments, our staff hold a wealth of knowledge and can provide expert advice on collections, their identification, care and management.

COVID-19 Advice for Museums

In response to the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) on museums across the country National Museums Scotland will be regularly adding to and updating the advice and support we offer to our colleagues in other Scottish museums.
