Judith Cruickshank

Judith Cruickshank is an experienced executive, non-executive and Board advisor across a range of organisation types, sectors and geographies. 

Following an early career with Shell International and Marakon Consulting, Judith has worked with NatWest Group for 17 years in a variety of roles. 

Following 4 years as MD Commercial Mid Market Banking, Scotland she has recently been appointed as Chief Operating Officer for the Retail Bank and is also Chair of the bank’s Scotland Board.  Outside of the Bank, Judith is a Director of Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE). She was previously a Finance Committee member at Heriot-Watt University. 

Judith became a Trustee of National Museums Scotland in October 2024 and her term of appointment runs until September 2028.
