We understand that our schedules might not always suit yours. That's why we've put together some of our most popular Digital Schools Sessions as downloadable resource packs you can use with your class at a time that suits you.

Free of charge and available to UK-based schools only. Please note that as our sessions are designed to support delivery of the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence, we will cancel any bookings made by schools based outside the UK.

Description

Our free digital package activities are suitable for pupils learning at home or in school. By registering, you will gain access to:

  • A 25 minute film by our learning enabler team exploring our museum’s dinosaur and fossil collections. We’ll learn about the work of palaeontologists, then through our handling collection, your class can discover the secrets of one of the museum’s most popular residents. 

  • A range of new fun resources and activities, which you can continue to use afterwards. These activities will be shared as PDF files and web links.
