About 360 Fest

Go full circle at our big family event at the National Museum of Flight.  

You’ll be on a roll this September with our all round family fun event. From stunt shows and pedal-powered activities to interactive sessions and STEM science, there’s something to set everyone’s head spinning.

Please note most activities will run between 11:00 - 16:00. The museum is open 10:00 - 17:00. 

All activities are subject to change. Adverse weather conditions may affect the ability of some activities to run, or may cause a change in location.

Extreme Mountain Bike stunt show

Times: 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 (20 mins duration)

Location: Outside Aviator Café

Be wowed by expert cycle and sport skills, including BMX stunts, mountain bike trials and bike parkour. 

Drop-in circus workshops

Time: 11:00 - 16:00

Location: Outside Aviator Café

Join Think Circus for drop-in workshops, including hula hoops, spinning plates and diablo juggling. Look out for pop-up circus performances in the in the stunt show arena at 12:00 and 14:00.

Bike pump track

Time: 11:00 - 16:00

Zorb balls

Time: 11:00 - 16:00

Location: Outside Civil Aviation hangar

Get the fun rolling with a variety of land and body zorbs from iZorb. Age and height restrictions apply. Adult supervision essential. 

Giant bubbles

Time: 11:00 - 16:00 

Stop and pop! Enjoy big bubble displays. Suitable for all ages with adult supervision. 

A beginner’s guide to jet engines

Time: 12:30, 13:30 and 14:30

Location: Concorde Hangar

A 10 minute talk on how a jet engine works for all the family.

Family crafts and STEM activities

Time: 11:00 - 16:00 

Location: Concorde Hangar

Have a go at circle-themed crafts and hands-on challenges with our Learning Engagement team and Maths Week Scotland.

Round and about art

Time: 11:00 - 16:00 

Location: Concorde Hangar

Family-friendly nature activities to connect with the site’s green spaces and create some circular art (some activities may be held outdoors).

Remote control vehicle display

Time: 11:00 - 16:00

Location: Concorde Hangar

See displays of scale model radio-controlled vehicles from local enthusiast clubs. Watch the pros putting them through their paces in the Demo Zone plus buy your own kits to try at home.
