Carved wooden standing female ibeji figure, one of a male female pair, with personal ornaments attached including glass bead necklaces and girdles, metal armlets and strings of cowries around the wrists, with a rich patina of handling and age associated with the commemoration of deceased twins: Africa, West Africa, South Western Nigeria, Yoruba people, late 19th to early 20th century
