This search draws on information recorded over the course of nearly 300 years of collecting. It may include language we no longer deem appropriate, documentation of attitudes counter to our values, and collection records that reflect imperial and colonial actions. We are committed to revealing and addressing these histories, both in our museums and through collection research.
