Description

Doll of terracotta, of a woman with jointed limbs, holding a pomegranate or musical instrument in her left hand. A hole in the head indicates where a string would possibly have been fixed to make the doll dance: Ancient Greek, possibly from Corinth, c. 4rd century BC
