Description

Tibetan-style cylindrical ewer (duomuhu) of painted enamel on copper, with body divided into three sections with different coloured dragons chasing flaming pearl on cloud background, animal-headed spout, lobed crown form rim, and two lion-head knops with handles on rear: China, Guangdong Province, probably Guangzhou, Qing Dynasty, 19th century
