Lowland bagpipe

Description

Set of ‘Lowland’ bellows pipes, ebony, ivory-mounted, with three drones in a common stock, the chanter is a replacement and the drones have a distinctive shape and ‘lotus’ tops, possibly made by Hugh Robertson, Edinburgh, late 18th or early 19th century.
