Painted onto prepared linen canvas. Signed at the lower right corner 'BK 64'. Canvas stretched over timber frame with timber wedge supports. Framed in timber painted grey. Back of canvas inscribed in black pen with '15' and stamped in ink ''WINTON' / Prepared by / WINDSOR & NEWTON LTD. / LONDON ENGLAND / NEA'. Frame with sticker inscribed wIth handwritten ink '94 AUTUMN TREES', second sticker inscribed with handwritten ink '73', third sticker inscribed with handwritten ink '2.9, / Bernat Klein Exh. / Hawick Museum 2005', fourth sticker printed with '403'. Handwritten note on paper in ink, stapled to frame 'BERNAT KLEIN / AUTUMN TREES 1 30X20 S1/F' and note handwritten in ink directly onto frame '(19)'.
