Description

Statue fragment in black granite, depicting the upper torso of a woman standing against a back pillar with her hands to sides, wearing a long wig with striated lappets, collar, bracelets and anklets and long gown held by a 'block pattern' sash : Ancient Egyptian, Upper Egypt, Hierakonpolis, probably Late Period, c.747-332 BC
