Katie first came to NMS over 20 years ago as an intern in Artefact Conservation, as part of her Durham University post graduate degree in conservation. She has worked as a Preventive Conservator since this time. Katie has served on ICON committees for the Care of Collections Group and the Scotland Group. Katie enjoys working with colleagues to find the best solutions for the preservation of the collections. She is currently acting manager for our Collections care team.
