Butter Making

In this fun, hands on workshop pupils discover where milk, cream and butter come from. After learning about the history of butter making, pupils will churn and taste their own butter!

Early, first and second level. Nursery - P3 or P4-P7. Please indicate upon booking. 

What will my pupils do in the workshop?

In this fun, hands on workshop pupils discover where milk, cream and butter come from. After learning about the history of butter making, pupils will churn and taste their own butter! You can also visit our working farm and meet the Ayrshire dairy cows that are part of the process.

10:30/11:40. Please check your timings and arrive at 10am to ensure you can also visit the farm.
