National work

Our work across Scotland delivers many outcomes: sharing the national collections, engagement with local communities, direct support for our sector, and enjoyable and enriching opportunities for all.

Our work across Scotland

We support the sector in Scotland by providing training and guidance and a range of resources available for free use, which have been developed as part of our national programmes. We also work with partner organisations to review their collections.

Covid-19 advice for museums

In response to the impact of Covid-19, we have created a package of support that fits the immediate needs of our peers for practical help to aid recovery. Across Scotland: National Strategy 2021-2022 highlights this work and our aspirations and priorities for the future.
