About Adult Workshop: Eco Printing
This full-day workshop with natural dyer and textile artist Elisabeth Viguie-Culshaw is suitable for both beginners and those with some natural dyeing or eco printing experience.
Elisabeth will share her methods and tips to help you create beautiful eco prints. Use brown and red onion skins to naturally dye your fabric, and locally harvested leaves and flowers to print.
By using recycled cotton, linen and cellulose materials sourced in Scotland, you will learn how to work with a variety of fabrics, allowing you to recycle clothes and other items at home.
You will leave the workshop with a range of eco printed samples that could become wall art, as well as the knowledge and skills you need to start your own printing projects.
While this workshop is for adults only, the methods covered can also be used with children at home.
