Chanter

Description

Bagpipe chanter for a set of Uilleann pipes made of African blackwood and mounted with a bulb of ivory below the tenon and nickel silver ferrule on the end of the chanter and two raised mounts for three keys turned and shaped, but not cut, possibly by George Glen, Edinburgh, early 20th century
