Painting, gouache on paper, depicting the demoness Putana approaching baby Krishna in his cot, and Krishna sucking the life from the defeated demoness's breasts watched by five attendants, from the Bhagavata Purana, with an inscription on the reverse: Asia, South Asia, India, Rajasthan, Pahari, late 18th century

Gouache on paper, with a protective cover sheet with 'P.23' handwritten in one corner and red border. On the reverse of the painting there is an inscription in black and red ink, Sanskrit text in nagri characters.
