Physical description

Papier-mâché, gesso, painted monochrome black against a light background and lacquered; the top showing a dervish embracing a woman, both standing in a landscape with trees, buildings, two deer at the bottom; the sides painted with dervishes sitting underneath trees, a hunting scene, a man herding goats, another man with an emaciated horse; the bottom painted red with flowers in gold.
