Loch Linnhe turbine, the world's first moored tidal stream kinetic energy conversion turbine for electricity generation, tested at Corran Narrows, Loch Linnhe from August 1993 till June 1994, designed by Peter Fraenkel of Marine Current Turbines Ltd, Stoke Gifford and manufactured by Powerstream plc, Launceston and G.P.
