Which benefits are eligible and what is accepted as proof of eligibility? 

Please bring proof on the day of your visit that one person in your booking party is in receipt of one of the following benefits.

Terms and Conditions

  • Universal Credit tickets should be purchased online in advance of your visit to guarantee entry. If you need assistance placing your order online please contact us, otherwise available tickets may be purchased on site.
  • Only one person per order will be required to show proof of eligibility on arrival at the exhibition.
  • Maximum of four Universal Credit Adult and four Universal Credit Child 5-15 tickets per order.
  • Universal Credit Tickets are currently only available for the Giants and Roman Scotland: Life on the Edge of Empire exhibitions. Other paid-for events are not part of this ticket offer.
  • National Museums Scotland have a non-refundable and non-transferable ticketing policy. See our full Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
  • Universal Credit tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
