If you have borrowed from us or another UK National Museum within the last five years, please tell us about it with reference to object(s) borrowed, the exhibition/project, and the loan period.

Please include the following completed documents as part of your loan request where possible:

  • UKRG Facilities Report / AAM Standard Facilities Report
  • UKRG Security Supplement
  • UKRG Display Case Supplement

Please include any supporting documents (covering letter, images, etc.) as part of your loan request.

Supporting documents can either be uploaded as a zip file here, or emailed to loans@nms.ac.uk, clearly stating your name and organisation.
