Description

Sample of printed cotton, design consists of a stylised yellow floral pattern on a red ground, this sample sent back to William Stirling and Sons along with a certificate of registration in May 1894, registered with the Board of Trade in London and placed under copyright for William Stirling and Sons, from the 'Certificates of Registration' volume, part of the Turkey Red Collection: Scottish, Dunbartonshire, by William Stirling and Sons, 1894
